In this Role, you'll get to:

1. Be responsible for product localization for the Philippines market, providing local market intelligence to influence global product and marketing strategies.
2. Plan, identify, and develop localized products and features based on usability studies, research, and market analysis to meet customer needs.
3. Utilize self-service dashboards to monitor and report on onboarding programs.
4. Leverage data to identify business opportunities, develop strategies, and recommend improvements.
5. Collaborate with local and headquarters teams on marketing, merchandising, business development, product, and design initiatives.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in product management within the travel industry, with a focus on the Philippines consumer market.
3. Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
