Change Grow Live is seeking a Quality and Development Lead for their St Luke's service in Dagenham. The role focuses on quality assurance, governance, and continuous improvement, delivering training, audits and safeguarding. 37.5 hours per week on a fixed-term 24-month contract. Pro rata salary range £36,101.10–£38,114.53 with Outer London weighting.
You will work with senior leaders to coordinate audits, identify improvements, and report learning to enhance outcomes for service users.

Quality and governance should do more than demonstrate compliance. Done well, it drives learning, strengthens practice and improves the experience and safety of people using our services. Working closely with our Team you will bring together information, insight and action helping us understand what is working, where we can improve and what needs to change.
