Assets Quality Advisor - Description

As the Assets Quality Advisor, you will support the Senior Quality Advisor overseeing multidisciplinary teams on multi-million-pound energy construction projects. Responsibilities include managing quality processes from asset specification to handover, planning and executing inspections, and reporting analysis to senior management.

Criteria

1. Significant experience in a quality role
2. Proficiency in Microsoft applications
3. Experience in process and audit management (Lead/Internal audit, ISO 9001:2015)
4. Ability to work and influence in teams
5. Experience in supplier quality management (advantageous)
6. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and training skills
7. Current valid driving license
8. Experience implementing new processes and stakeholder engagement
9. Knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5WHY's, RCCA)
10. Experience in reducing the cost of poor quality

Delivery Quality Advisor - Description

This role involves supporting large-scale CDM projects by advising and monitoring QA/QC compliance across various project types, including Substations, Overhead Lines, and Cable installations, involving multiple contractors and work packages.

Criteria

1. Knowledge of Inspection & Test Plans/Check-Sheets
2. Experience managing Nonconformances
3. Good communication and problem-solving skills
4. Current valid driving license
5. Understanding of QA/QC principles and ISO 9001
6. HNC or Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering or related
7. Site-based construction experience (preferred)
8. ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor qualification (beneficial)
