Senior ISO Management Consultant (remote based in the South East / Home Counties with some travel to clients) required to support clients in implementing, designing, and improving ISO Quality management systems, with strong skills in Quality (ISO 9001), and at least one of Health & Safety (ISO 45001), Environmental (ISO 14001), or Information Security (ISO 27001). This is for a fast-growing, innovative, award-winning ISO Consultancy with offices near Tunbridge Wells, Kent, and London, supporting diverse private and public sector clients.

Essential skills for an ISO Management Consultant include:

• An open-minded, consultative, and customer-centric approach, with experience advising external clients or implementing quality management systems internally within complex businesses.
• Proven hands-on experience in implementing ISO 9001 and at least one of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or ISO 27001.
• Experience as an auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, or ISO 50001.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in designing, implementing, operating, and maintaining multisite Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• A strong teamwork ethic.
• Full driving license and access to a car, as travel to client sites in London and across the UK is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple clients and ISO projects.
• Utilizing strong time management skills and being self-motivated to support your client portfolio.
• Consulting with clients to implement, design, and improve ISO Quality Management Systems.
• Assisting clients with drafting policies and procedures.
• Collecting records and data required by international standards.
• Ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Identifying applicable legal, statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Recognizing risks and opportunities relevant to clients.
