They’re seeking a Research Manager to take the lead on key client relationships and manage projects from scoping through to delivery. This includes designing research frameworks, moderating sessions, crafting impactful reports, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
You’ll work across varied methodologies, including video diaries, mobile-based tasks, and digital ethnographies, with exposure to UX testing, innovation, and new product development.
