Job summary

King & Chasemore Estate Agency in Worthing is seeking a Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor. OTE £30k-£40k, with superb training and a structured progression path.

You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and build relationships with estate agency teams to generate leads and support customers through the mortgage process. The role requires a Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification, outstanding customer care skills, and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

Full CeMAP or industry qualification.
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
Able to walk customers through mortgage service and products.

Responsibilities

Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
Attracting new customers and business to meet professional goals in a result-driven environment.
Walking customers through the mortgage service and advising on products to meet needs.
Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices.
