Job summary

Envision Education is actively seeking qualified teachers with QTS to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the High Wycombe area. The role suits teachers seeking daily supply, long-term or permanent opportunities, with an 8:30am-3:30pm schedule, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include planning engaging lessons, differentiating instruction, managing behaviour, and supporting pupils with SEND to achieve their potential.

Qualifications

The Role

As a qualified teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

Depending on the school and position, your responsibilities may include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of individual pupils
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
• Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
• Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff
• Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and other education professionals
• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Must be based in High Wycombe or willing to commute to High Wycombe
• Available to work 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Previous teaching experience is desirable
• Strong classroom and behaviour-management skills
• Good knowledge of the curriculum relevant to your teaching phase or subject
• Passionate about supporting pupils and helping them achieve their potential
• Reliable, professional and committed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is advantageous
