Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is looking for a confident and adaptable Secondary Teacher to support secondary schools in the Bingham area. You will provide daily cover across KS3 and KS4, delivering pre-planned lessons while maintaining high standards of classroom management and pupil engagement.

The role is initially day-to-day with potential for long-term opportunities, and comes with 24/7 consultant support, CPD access, and market-leading pay rates.

Qualifications

• QTS (ECTs welcome)
• Experience teaching or working within a UK secondary school
• Experience supporting students across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent classroom management skills
• The ability to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across different subjects
• A flexible and adaptable approach

TeacherActive is proud to be working with secondary schools in the Bingham area who are looking for a confident and adaptable Secondary Teacher. The schools provide supportive learning environments where staff are committed to maintaining high expectations and helping pupils engage positively with their education.

The Secondary Teacher will initially work on a day-to-day basis, with the possibility of long-term opportunities. The successful applicant will provide general cover across KS3 and KS4, delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects while maintaining excellent classroom management and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning.

The successful Secondary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching or working within a UK secondary school
• Experience supporting students across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent classroom management skills
• The ability to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across different subjects
• A flexible and adaptable approach
