Job summary

Tripod Partners is seeking professionals to conduct asset-based, person-centred conversations to identify strengths, risks and needs, and to co-produce tailored support plans. You will help formulate plans to manage risk and support the achievement of outcomes while adhering to safeguarding protocols.

Responsibilities include identifying and intervening in safeguarding situations when abuse is alleged, taking appropriate action during emergencies, and undertaking statutory assessments under the

Qualifications

• Holding asset based, person-centred conversations to identify strengths, risks and needs.
• Co-producing person-centred support plans.
• Formulating plans to manage risk to achieve outcomes.
• Intervening in line with Safeguarding Adult procedures when abuse is alleged.
• Taking action to deal with emergencies in care contexts.
• Undertaking statutory assessments under Care Act 2014 and MCA 2005.

Responsibilities
