Qualified Social Worker, Fostering Team

Pay rate £35 per hour

Vitalis is recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in a Fostering Team in Blackburn.

BWD Children's Services, recently rated GOOD in its full ILACS Ofsted Inspection, seeks a Supervising Social Worker to cover in its Fostering Service. The role involves work across both kinship and mainstream fostering teams, including assessment and supervision of foster and kinship carers. The candidate must have sound knowledge of fostering regulations, national minimum standards, kinship, and guardianship. Previous experience in fostering or adoption is advantageous. BWD offers a hybrid working policy; the expectation is that the applicant is on-site 3 days out of 5.
