Qualified Social Worker, Community Team

Pay rate £30 per hour

Vitalis is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for a role in the Trafford Community Team. Trafford Council seeks an experienced Social Worker to join their integrated community service within the North Neighbourhood Team.

You should have a social work degree or qualification and at least 3 years’ experience in a statutory Adult Social Care service.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to challenge current practices and enthusiastic about adopting strengths-based assessments. A key part of your role will involve engaging in social work assessments and interventions, including securing appropriate funding in line with the Reshaping Trafford Policy.
