Qualifications

• Social Work degree or equivalent qualification.
• Current SWE registration.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualifying experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK adult social care legislation and practice.
• Experience managing complex adult social care cases.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Care Act assessments, reviews and reassessments.
• Identify eligible care and support needs through strengths-based conversations.
• Develop and review support plans with adults and their carers.
• Manage complex cases and respond to changing needs and risks.
• Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and contribute to best interests decisions.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and support appropriate enquiries.
• Liaise with health services, care providers and community organisations.
• Keep clear, accurate and timely case records and professional reports.
• Ensure practice meets statutory duties and local authority requirements.

Are you an experienced Qualified Adult Social Worker seeking a locum opportunity in Hertfordshire?

3D Recruit is recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work within local authority Adult Services, supporting adults with a range of care and support needs. This temporary role offers £32 per hour and an ASAP start.

The Role

You will deliver person-centred adult social care assessments and support planning, helping adults make informed choices and maintain independence. Working with individuals, carers and partner organisations, you will balance needs, strengths and risks when recommending support.

• Undertaking Care Act assessments, reviews and reassessments
• Identifying eligible care and support needs through strengths-based conversations

• Managing complex cases and responding to changing needs and risks
