Qualifications

• QTS is required or highly desirable.
• Experience working with children or young people with SEND is advantageous.
• Primary or Secondary teaching background is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons differentiated to individual needs.
• Support secondary-aged students, including those working at a primary level.
• Lead learning activities within small-class settings.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and school staff.
• Build positive relationships with students and maintain wellbeing.
• Apply effective behaviour management and de-escalation techniques.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment and monitor progress.
