Aqualogic is hiring a Home Water Efficiency Plumber to visit households and install water-saving devices, log measurements in our app, and advise customers on reducing water use. You will work in the Wimbleball area with a company vehicle and supportive team.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, accurate data logging, and clear customer communication. A strong plumbing background and driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing is essential.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
• GCSEs in Maths and English are required.
• Blue Card preferred; training may be provided.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct water efficiency visits in customer homes.
• Assess and fit water-saving devices (taps, showers, toilets).
• Measure flow rates, check for leaks, and take meter readings.
• Record data via the bespoke app and report findings.
• Educate customers on sustainable water use and behavior.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and feedback.

Role Overview

You’ll visit customers identified as high-water users to assess their plumbing fixtures, install water-saving devices, fix leaks and provide tailored advice to help them reduce water consumption. You’ll use our bespoke app to log data and explain your findings to customers in a professional and engaging manner.
