Job summary

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Nursing Associate to join East Durham community intervention team.

Applicants must have already completed the Nursing Associate foundation degree and be a Registered Nurse Associate on the NMC register. This post is not offering the training to gain this qualification.

The successful applicant will work as part of the busy community team offering a recovery focused pathway to Service Users and will carry their own caseload as Lead Professional.

The successful applicant will become part of a well established and effective team - helping to support our local community.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will work as part of the busy integrated community mental health team offering a recovery focused interventions to service users. The applicant will carry their own caseload as Lead Professional with supervision and support from the wider multi-disciplinary team. This role will involve multiagency working and liaison with other services within Tees Esk and Wear Valley NHS Trust.
