Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries Woodford is seeking a qualified Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will deliver high standards of care and education, support a safe, stimulating environment and ensure EYFS guidance is applied in daily practice.

Responsibilities

  • Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard in line with EYFS.
  • Create inspiring, learning environments tailored to children and the nursery.
  • Ensure safety and welfare with safeguarding knowledge.
  • Implement EYFS with understanding of child development.
  • Report safeguarding concerns to seniors or relevant services.
  • Work in partnership with parents and partners to support children.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors.

Location: Monkey Puzzle Woodford Salary: Starting from £28,600 per annum (dependent on qualifications(s) and experience) Monkey Puzzle Woodford are looking for a qualified (Level 2) Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to.
  • Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
  • Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
  • Report any issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services.
  • Work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive.
  • Show a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery.

Essentials

  • GCSE- grades 5-9/A-C
  • Full and relevant level 2 in Early Years
