Monkey Puzzle Guildford is looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join their team in Guildford. You will support the nursery to maintain high standards of care and education in line with EYFS frameworks, ensuring children's safety and welfare.

The role offers a full-time position with a starting salary of £29,120 per year, dependent on qualification and experience, and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, ensuring adherence to legislation and EYFS frameworks.
• Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of children through safeguarding knowledge and processes.
• Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
• Report any issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services.
• Work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure children thrive.
• Show a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain a happy nursery.

Key Responsibilities

Essentials

• GCSE- grades 5-9/A-C
• Full and relevant level 3 in Early Years
