Job summary

Childbase Partnership Knowle Green Day Nursery, Staines-upon-Thames, is hiring a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2+). Permanent role with 18–40 hours/week across 52 weeks/year, shifts 07:00–18:30. Salary £27,040–£32,427.20 per year (pro‑rata) or £13.00–£15.59 per hour. Up to 52 weeks/year, flexible full/part‑time options.

You will support learning through play, act as a Key Person, and contribute to safeguarding and team collaboration. We offer generous leave and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• DfE approved early years qualification at level 2 or above.
• Knowledge of EYFS and ability to plan engaging activities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high‑quality activities promoting learning through play.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Work as Key Person supporting learning and development.
