Job summary

Childbase Partnership Limited is recruiting a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) for Windermere/Kettering nurseries. The role is permanent, 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year, with varied shifts from 07:30 to 18:30. Salary ranges (£27,289.60–£30,929.60) pro‑rata or £13.12–£14.87/hour.

You will be a qualified early years professional, using EYFS knowledge to plan learning, observe progress and support safeguarding. Inclusive employer with strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• You hold a DfE approved early years qualification at level 3 or above.
• Knowledge of the EYFS to plan and implement high quality activities.
• You can observe, assess and record children’s progress.
