Job summary

Childbase Partnership Limited is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) for its Nene Valley Day Nursery in Northampton. This permanent role offers 24-40 hours per week with flexible options, along with a competitive salary ranging from £27,289.60 to £30,929.60 per annum (pro-rata) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include planning engaging activities, assessing children's progress, and advocating for their safety. Candidates must hold a Level 3 qualification and have rights to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working as a Key Person.
• Right to work in the UK; applicants must live within a commutable distance of the nursery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging learning activities that promote development through play.
• Act as a Key Person, observe and assess children’s progress.
• Advocate safeguarding to ensure every child feels safe and valued.
• Collaborate with children, parents and colleagues to build strong relationships.
