Nurse Seekers Ltd is partnering with a well-established nursery near Hemel Hempstead to recruit a Qualified Nursery Practitioner for a permanent role with 36–40 hours per week. The salary is £27,040–£32,427.20 per annum (pro rata) or £13.00–£15.59 per hour.

The position offers 36–40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6:30pm, with 4 or 5 days, and part-time options. Flexible options available; 23–28 days leave, bank holidays, childcare discounts, training and career development, plus wellbeing

Qualifications

• Qualified early years professional with a recognised Level 2/3+ qualification.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Passion for helping children learn, grow and thrive.
• Right to Work in the UK; commutable to Hemel Hempstead; no visa sponsorship.

Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6:30pm - 4 or 5 day week

7:30am–10:00am or 4:00pm–6:30pm, Monday–Friday.

About You

You’ll be a qualified early years professional with a recognised Level 2, Level 3 or above Qualification, and a genuine passion for helping children learn, grow and thrive.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a good understanding of the EYFS

• Is passionate about safeguarding and children's wellbeing
