Qualifications

• Doit avoir un diplôme en Petite Enfance ou équivalent.
• Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais oral et écrit.

Job Description:

Nurse Seekers is proud to be recruiting a Qualified Nursery Practitioner on behalf of a small, private home-from-home nursery based near Leamington Spa. The successful candidate must provide high standards of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children in the nursery.

Requirements

• Cache/NVQ Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Passion, creativity, joy, flexibility, reliability, commitment, and good communication skills
• Ability to work full-time; part-time hours considered

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain achievement records for children and communicate with parents
• Implement age-appropriate activities in collaboration with staff
• Support children with special needs and facilitate their integration
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and events
• Assist with nursery duties, including meal prep and equipment cleaning
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with the manager to uphold the nursery’s philosophy
• Record accidents accurately and ensure proper documentation
• Develop your role as a key worker within the team
