Are you a dynamic and forward-thinking Neonatal Nurse? We have vacancies for band 5 trained nurses on the Neonatal Unit at New Cross Hospital. The Neonatal teams offer a full range of specialist services to facilitate a timely, safe, and effective patient journey throughout the healthcare system.
All qualified nurses, both adult and paediatric trained, are invited to apply.
You will be supported to qualify in the QIS, which will enhance your professional development.
Successful candidates will join our friendly, supportive teams, which reflect the acuity of the patient group. Regular staff engagement, feedback sessions, and a supportive ethos are actively practiced.
We are looking to recruit staff who are enthusiastic and committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care. Our unit has 7 intensive care cots, 7 high dependency cots, and 12 special care cots.
We provide care to all newborn babies within the West Midlands Neonatal Network from 23/40 weeks gestation. We are a cooling center for the West Midlands Neonatal Network. The post holder must be highly motivated and eager to develop the service as well as their personal skills and knowledge.
All applicants should be flexible and able to provide 24-hour, 7-day-a-week service, working a shift pattern of days and nights to meet the needs of the service. We consider flexible working and part-time hours.
