Partou UK is seeking a Level 2 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to join as Lunchtime Cover Assistant for 15 hours per week at our Hemel Hempstead setting. You will support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS, while providing exceptional care and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.

This flexible role is ideal for someone who enjoys a busy nursery atmosphere and collaborating with families and childcare colleagues.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Early Years qualification and EYFS knowledge required.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and ongoing professional development.

Responsabilités

• Act as Lunchtime Cover Assistant for 15 hours per week.
• Provide stimulating activities supporting children's learning and development per EYFS.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment and build partnerships with families.
• Support nursery team by covering staff lunch breaks.

About the Role

Partou Bourne Explorers Day Nursery & Pre-schoolis seeking a Level 2 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the flexible 15hours per weekrole of Lunchtime Cover Assistant. You will work towardsensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will provide exceptional care and compassion towards the children, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families. You'll play a key role in supporting our nursery team, stepping in to provide cover while our staff enjoy their well-deserved lunch break. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys the bustling energy of a nursery setting and thrives in a supportive role.
