Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting Level 2 or Level 3 EYFS Nursery Practitioners to support a range of nursery settings. We offer flexible agency work to suit your availability, with long-term placements for consistency and day-to-day opportunities for variety.

Full-time positions are preferred, though part-time applicants and those on selected days will be considered. We welcome both experienced practitioners and newly qualified candidates who are passionate about early years learning and

Qualifications

• Holds a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Can create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for young children.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities.
• Helping to plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Ensuring children's safety, welfare and wellbeing at all times.
• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.
• Maintaining a positive, inclusive and welcoming environment.
• Working collaboratively with nursery staff to provide high-quality childcare.
