Job summary

TimePlan Education in Salisbury is seeking a Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Bank) to join our nursery supply team. You will provide high-quality early years education and care, creating a nurturing environment for children aged 0-5, and you will support staff across day-to-day cover.

The role offers flexible hours (full-time or part-time), temporary and long-term opportunities, and the chance to develop EYFS knowledge through ongoing training.

Qualifications

  • Level 2/3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent / higher).
  • Paediatric First Aid Certificate (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.
  • Positive, caring attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and genuine passion for early years education.
  • Experience in a nursery setting.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality early years education and care. You'll help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Your passion, creativity, and commitment to exceptional childcare will shine through in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent / higher)
  • Paediatric First Aid Certificate (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development

  • Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early years education
  • Experience in a nursery setting
