Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants/Nursery Nurses to support learning through group and 1:1 work, nurture self-esteem and inclusion and assist with the Early Years Framework and enhanced curriculum.

You will help with room setup, resources, and general organisation, and support children during lunchtime, including supervising play, serving hot meals, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Early Years Qualification with placements included.
• GCSE English or Functional Skills where applicable.
• Paediatric First Aid is essential if qualified.

Responsibilities

• Support learning through group and 1:1 work with pupils.
• Nurture self-esteem and inclusion in the classroom.
• Provide personal care where required.
• Assist with room setup, resources and general organisation.
• Support lunchtime supervision, play supervision and dining area hygiene.
