Bright Horizons Church Crookham Day Nursery is seeking a flexible practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team. You will help deliver EYFS activities, support colleagues, and contribute to a warm, safe environment for children.

The role offers varied shifts (including 40 hours over 4–5 days, 24 hours over 3 days, or 16 hours over 2 days) with benefits and safeguarding checks in place. Experience in early years and a Level 3+ qualification are essential.

Qualificações

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Salary – £12.94 - £15.00 per hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

The Role

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds! Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones.
