Job summary

Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool in Farnborough is seeking a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team. You will help deliver the EYFS through engaging activities, supporting children's development, and work as part of a larger team.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues with the delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities.
• Encourage children's development towards key milestones.
• Work as part of a larger team to complete day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.

Salary – £13.50 - £15.88 per hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

The Role
