Bright Horizons Potten End is hiring a flexible Nursery Practitioner to support EYFS delivery and child development. You will engage children in educational activities, help with daily room tidy and preparation, and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment.
The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, experience with children, and a passion for making learning fun for each child. Applicants should be adaptable and collaborative within a larger team.
20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and paid Christmas closure. Ability to also purchase additional leave
Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee - giving you the best of both worlds! Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
