Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries group seeks a Qualified Bank Nursery Assistant to join the Monkey Puzzle Ealing team on a part-time basis. You will support daily care, safety, and the EYFS framework, working with colleagues to create a warm, child-centred environment.

This role offers a supportive, family‑like setting with safeguarding focus, excellent benefits, and flexible hours. A Level 2 or higher Early Years qualification is essential, with Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding as desirable

Qualifications

• Essentials: Minimum Level 2 or higher in Early Years Qualification.
• Nice to have: Paediatric First Aid.
• Nice to have: Basic Safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• The role requires teamwork to maintain a happy, caring nursery environment.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of children with safeguarding procedures.
• Implement the EYFS with a solid understanding of child development.
• Support nursery staff to deliver outstanding childcare.
• Maintain strong communication with children, parents and colleagues.
• Report concerns to a senior team member or relevant services.
• Foster partnerships with parents and partners to help children thrive.
• Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors.
