Job summary

Monkey Puzzle Ealing is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to supervise a dedicated early years team and deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with EYFS.

In this full-time role you will lead activities, ensure safeguarding, maintain accurate records, and build strong partnerships with families to support children's development.

Qualifications

• Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Safeguarding Knowledge.
• At least 2 years' experience working as a nursery practitioner or similar in an Early Years setting.

• Supporting your team to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to.
• Engaging your team to create inspirational, creative and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery.

• Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
• Implementation the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
• Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services.

• Positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery.
• Clear and accurate record keeping and report writing.
• Promoting a high standard of quality within the nursery including practice, environment and resources in line with our nursery expectations.
