Lusona Consultancy has a new opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to join our client within a rare and exciting service sector business. This comprehensive finance role includes management accounts, budgeting, statutory accounts, and analysis. It's ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

The main responsibilities include:

1. Contributing to the completion of monthly consolidated management accounts
2. Supporting all month-end activities, including reconciliations and resolving queries
3. Assisting with budgeting and forecasting for group consolidation
4. Analyzing movements and variances, and communicating findings to stakeholders
5. Contributing to statutory accounts, reports, and balance sheet reviews
6. Managing the fixed asset register
7. Liaising with external auditors to address queries and ensure timely completion
8. Assisting with tax returns and coordinating with external stakeholders on insurance requirements
9. Driving continuous process improvements within the finance team

Applicants must be a qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/CIMA) with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. This role is suitable for those in industry and commerce or motivated qualified accountants seeking their first move out of practice.
