Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced retail, hospitality, leisure or QSR.
• Proven ability to coach and develop others to high performance.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to respond quickly to needs.
• Confident in leading shifts and making decisions in a busy trading environment.
