Job summary

IEP Technologies, part of the HOERBIGER Group, is seeking a QSHE Manager based in the UK with coverage for France and Italy. You will lead quality, safety, health and environmental performance across three countries, ensuring compliance with legislation and ISO standards while guiding local management teams.

You will split time between Cheltenham and remote work, with some travel. The role emphasizes audits, risk management and continuous improvement across diverse operations.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of quality, health, safety and environmental requirements in ISO-certified manufacturing or engineering.
• Hold NEBOSH or equivalent qualification, or demonstrate ability to achieve it.
• Plan and prioritise a varied international workload with documentation and audit records.
• Communicate clearly and build effective relationships with operational teams, customers, suppliers, auditors and senior leaders.
• Use structured problem-solving, risk assessment and continuous-improvement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external audits, maintain relevant certifications and coordinate corrective actions.
• Identify and reduce workplace, environmental and operational risks through inspections, risk assessments and safety reviews.
• Investigate accidents, near misses and quality concerns with root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, quality plans, compliance records and performance measures across three countries.
• Deliver inductions and training, supporting operational and field service teams, and sharing good practice.
