Job summary

Reevr in Kidderminster seeks an experienced QSHE Manager to lead Quality, Safety, Health, Environment and Compliance across the site. You’ll shape processes, drive improvements and build a strong QSHE culture with Operations, Engineering and Production.

You’ll own the QMS, align with ISO 9001/14001/45001, and work to reduce risk while ensuring audits and supplier performance meet high standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading QSHE in engineering/manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS and ISO standards (9001/14001/45001).
  • Qualification such as NEBOSH, CMQ/OE or ISO Auditor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain QMS aligned with ISO standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction.
  • Manage quality, health & safety, environment and compliance.
  • Develop RAMS and safe systems of work.
  • Lead investigations into incidents and non-conformances.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
  • Monitor supplier quality and performance.
  • Produce QSHE reports for senior management.
  • Develop teams to embed a proactive QSHE culture.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and standards.

QSHE Manager
Kidderminster £50,000 – £55,000 Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

We are seeking an experiencedQSHE Managerto join a well-establishedengineering and manufacturing businessin Kidderminster.

This is anexcellent brand-new position, created to strengthen and develop the company’s QSHE function. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants more than simply maintaining existing systems you’ll have the opportunity toreally make the role your own, shape processes, drive improvements and build a strong QSHE culture across the business.

You’ll work closely with Operations, Engineering, Production, Projects and Senior Leadership, providing expert guidance and taking ownership of Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental and Compliance standards.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and maintaining theQuality Management System (QMS), aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Driving continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and risk reduction across manufacturing operations.
  • Managing quality, health & safety, environmental and compliance requirements.
  • Developing and reviewingRAMS, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
  • Leading investigations into incidents, accidents, near misses, complaints and non-conformances.
  • Conducting internal audits and supporting external and customer audits.
  • Monitoring supplier quality and performance.
  • Producing meaningful QSHE reports and providing insight to senior management.
  • Supporting and developing teams to embed a strong, proactivequality and safety culture.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, standards and ways of working across the organisation.
About You

We are looking for an experienced QSHE professional who hasworked within an engineering or manufacturing environmentand understands the practical challenges of operating within a production-led business.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Proven experience in aQSHE, Quality, H&S or Compliance management role within engineering/manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS and ISO standards, particularlyISO 9001.
  • A relevant qualification such asNEBOSH, CQA, CMQ/OE or ISO Auditor.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and investigative skills.
  • The confidence to influence and engage people at all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to continuous improvement.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Afull UK driving licence.
