Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc is looking for a QSE Learning Coordinator to deliver engaging safety, quality and environmental learning across multiple manufacturing sites in Southern Great Britain. The role is Sidcup-based but will require travel to other sites to support capability development and compliance.

• Experience delivering training, learning or capability programmes.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, operations, quality or health & safety environments.
• Passion for developing people and driving business performance.

• Deliver engaging QSE learning programmes across multiple manufacturing sites.
