Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a proactive individual to support QSE learning across manufacturing sites in Southern Great Britain. You will develop capability, support compliance and foster safer, more efficient ways of working.

Working with operational leaders and QSE teams, you will deliver engaging programmes, coach colleagues, and measure impact to drive continuous improvement and a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, learning or capability programmes.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, operations, quality or health & safety environments.
• Passion for developing people and driving business performance.
