Job summary

TipTopJob seeks a Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager for its SE London/Kent borders office. APC towards RICS qualification is encouraged, with exposure to high-value cladding remediation projects on large residential buildings and other education, healthcare, and commercial schemes.

Applicants should have 2+ years post-qualification experience with a consulting/PQS firm, UK QS degree, and be able to handle cost planning, tendering and procurement while delivering mixed QS/PM tasks.

Qualifications

• Two years post-graduation experience with a consulting/PQS firm
• UK qualification in Quantity Surveying (BSc Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics / Construction Project Management)
• APC progress toward RICS qualification
• Experience in cost plans, budgets and tender documentation

Responsibilities

• Contract administration and organising meetings; taking minutes
• Procure contractors and suppliers
• Prepare cost plans, budgets and tender documentation
• Mix quantity surveying duties with project management responsibilities
