Qualifications

Responsibilities

Take accurate financial information related to construction projects.
Control of costs during a construction project
Producing take-offs for building plans.
Communicate with clients and colleagues to exchange financial construction-related information.
Understand and ensure Legal and regulatory compliance is followed.
Administrate and analyse contracts, timesheets, tenders, pre-qualifying questionnaires, and price lists.
Perform cost assessments, measurements, or valuations using research-derived data.
To assist senior managers with the legal and contractual issues on a construction project
Recording, control and reporting of income and expenditure on a construction project
