Job summary

Equipment Sales & Service Limited. is seeking a proactive QMS Manager to lead the ongoing development of the Quality Management System and ensure ISO 9001 compliance while supporting business growth and client satisfaction.

You will plan and deliver internal audits, manage corrective actions, analyse quality data, and collaborate with operations and senior leadership to drive continuous improvement across a multi-site organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or maintaining a Quality Management System.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management principles.
• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
• Knowledge of corrective action, root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing development and management of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards and accreditations.
• Plan and deliver internal audit programmes across the business.
• Manage corrective and preventative actions through to successful completion.
• Analyse quality performance data and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support external audits and accreditation assessments.
• Review and maintain policies, procedures and quality documentation.
• Deliver training and guidance to managers and operational teams on quality processes.
• Work closely with operational and senior leadership teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce quality and compliance reports for senior stakeholders. Proactively influence stakeholders and drive improvements across a multi-site business.

Desirable Requirements

• Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification
• Experience in security, facilities management, hospitality or other multi-site service environments

• Experience supporting accreditation and certification processes
