Job summary

Consult is seeking a QHSE Advisor/Systems Coordinator to work as a consultant, seconded into an oil & gas operator. You will consolidate BMS/SEMS into a single IMS and manage SharePoint libraries, dashboards and reporting while coordinating assurance activities across projects.

The role is flexible between part-time and full-time, with potential to transition to permanent staff. You will report to the client’s QHSE Manager and support audits, training and regulatory tracking in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Experience in a QHSE coordination or advisory role within oil & gas or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of BMS/SEMS/IMS or equivalents and document control practices.
• Proficiency with SharePoint for registers, workflows and reporting.
• Ability to track and close actions, risks and assurance across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written communication for reports and updates.
• Willingness to operate as a consultant embedded within a client team.

Responsibilities

• Support consolidation of BMS/SEMS into a single IMS and oversee its implementation, maintenance and improvement.
• Develop, administer and improve QHSE SharePoint libraries, registers, workflows and reporting.
• Coordinate document review, approval, issue, communication and periodic reviews.
• Maintain corporate and project risk, action, assurance and change management records.
• Monitor actions, review dates and assurance commitments and support timely close-out.
• Prepare QHSE dashboards, reports and meeting inputs.
