Job summary

PD&MS Group are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to join our Aberdeen team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role offers a flexibly hybrid model with 2 days per week remote, working Monday to Friday.

You will lead the QHSE function, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, managing audits, incident investigations and continuous improvement across onshore and offshore operations. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive performance and culture within the group.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent health & safety qualification.
• IRCA Lead Auditor certificate or equivalent.
• BSc or equivalent in engineering or science.
• Offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET/MIST/Medical) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Company professionally to customers and stakeholders.
• Promote a QHSE mindset and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Lead QHSE audits, both internal and external, and ensure compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and share lessons learned.
• Oversee QHSE training, competency, and supplier audits.
