Job summary

OH Sourcing Ltd is seeking a QHSE Advisor to oversee QHSE systems within a manufacturing site. You will drive continuous improvement across quality, health, safety and environmental performance and promote a strong safety culture.

The role focuses on maintaining IMS, leading audits, investigations and training, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems.
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and best practice.
• Experience conducting accident and incident investigations.
• Confident delivering QHSE training and coaching employees.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant QHSE qualifications and certifications.
• Previous experience within manufacturing, industrial or engineering environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

The Role

This is a full-time, site-based position.
