Qualifications

  • Confident delivering QHSE training and coaching employees.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Relevant QHSE qualifications and certifications.
  • Previous experience within manufacturing, industrial or engineering environments is desirable.

About the Company

A leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to drive continuous improvement across Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental performance. The business is committed to sustainable manufacturing, operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

The Role

This is a full-time, site-based position. The QHSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems, ensuring compliance with legislation and industry standards, promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across the business.
