Qualifications

• Experience of Quality Management Systems, preferably ISO 9001 or ISO16949.
• Internal auditor qualification.
• Quality systems knowledge, including SPC, Gage R&R, MSA, FMEAs, PPAP etc.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills using structured methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and skillful negotiator.
• Good IT skills.
• Flexible in approach to work and able to adapt to quickly changing priorities.
• Project management skills
• LEAN six-sigma skills
• Understanding of designated product group.

Responsibilities

• Holds the position of company ASPP, collaborating with the RSPP in carrying out the tasks proper to the Prevention and Protection Service.
• Collaborates in the drafting of the company Training Plan, monitoring its timely implementation and legal deadlines.
• Provides workers with the information and training required by current regulations (Art. 36 and 37 Legislative Decree 81/08).
• Collaborates in the maintenance and improvement of the safety management system in accordance with Legislative Decree 105/2015.
• Participates and collaborates in the investigation and management of safety Non Conformities like accidents, injuries and near misses/accidents.
• Prepares the Audit Plan and conducts and/or participates in internal and external Audit activities.
• Conducts inspections of work environments to verify their conditions, developing the improvement plan agreed in the EHS manager.
• Identifies risk factors, risk assessment and identification of measures for the safety and healthiness of work environments, in compliance with current regulations based on specific knowledge of the company organization.
• Develops the preventive and protective measures referred to in the DVR, and the control systems for these measures.
• Develops safety procedures for the various company activities.
• Collaborates in the preparation of emergency simulations and planned trainings (PEI - Internal Emergency Plan - according to the "Seveso law").
