Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc., is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our Glenrothes site. You will champion quality standards across manufacturing, engineering and customer teams to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The role offers a competitive base salary starting from £41,348 per annum, plus a performance bonus, Life Assurance, Private Medical Cover and Health Cash Plan.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or ISO 16949) and internal auditor qualifications.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving using structured methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; proficient IT skills; able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Champion quality standards across the business and support environmental and safety management systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and customer teams to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process capability.
• Participate in audits and development of management systems.
