Job summary

MTrec Limited is seeking a permanent HSEQ Manager to lead and own the QHSE function. You will maintain ISO 9001:2015, coordinate audits, manage NCRs and drive continuous improvement across the business.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement and Project teams to ensure compliance, supplier quality and effective document control, while maintaining H&S practices and reporting KPIs to senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in QHSE or similar management role in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and maintaining a QMS.
• Experience planning internal audits and supporting external/customer audits.
• Investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
• Knowledge of UK Health & Safety requirements.
• Experience with supplier quality, inspection, and document control.
• Excellent written communication, organization and problem-solving.
• Able to engage with personnel from shop floor to Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
• Plan and manage internal audits; coordinate external certifications and customer audits.
• Manage NCRs from investigation to corrective action and verification.
• Support customer quality complaints and product investigations with root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project teams on design, document control and testing.
• Maintain supplier approval, monitoring and supplier NCRs/audits.
• Define verification and traceability requirements with Procurement/Engineering.
• Maintain H&S arrangements including risk assessments and COSHH.
• Ensure UK Health & Safety and environmental requirements are implemented.
• Monitor environmental controls and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and report QHSE KPIs to Senior Management; progress actions.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
