Job summary

Kingston Barnes Ltd is seeking a QHSE Manager in Bridgwater to lead quality, health, safety and environmental compliance. You will report to the Lead QHSE Manager and oversee site accreditation, performance analysis and customer interactions.

The role requires cross‑functional collaboration to drive compliance, continuous improvement and the strategic implementation of QHSE policies. Experience with AS9100, ISO13485 and NEBOSH is essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification required or strong equivalent.
• Experience with AS9100 and ISO13485 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, health, safety and environmental compliance programs.
• Audit and maintain the QMS in line with AS9100 D, ISO13485 and ISO9001.
• Lead and develop a team of inspectors/engineers and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
