Pertemps Coventry Commercial seeks a proactive QHSE leader to own the on-site QHSE function in Coventry. You will drive quality standards, health and safety compliance, and rigorous documentation across assembly operations for shock absorption products serving lift, rail and industrial sectors.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, auditing and risk assessment, with a track record in quality management.

Qualifications

• QHSE experience in manufacturing is essential.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Auditing experience and risk assessment capability required.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for day-to-day QHSE function across site.
• Maintain and improve quality standards and processes.
• Manage and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained.
• Investigate quality issues, non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Identify areas for continual improvement.
• Provide guidance and training to colleagues.
• Help develop a team member into a similar QHSE role.
