W Talent are partnering with an established packaging manufacturer in Hull to recruit a QHSE Manager. You will oversee quality, health & safety and compliance across a busy production site, with a focus on BRCGS standards and customer audits.

This permanent role suits an experienced QHSE/QA/HSE professional seeking to drive continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment, influencing standards across factory and office operations.

Formación

• Experience in QHSE, QA, HSE or similar roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS requirements and certification.
• Experience managing internal and external audits.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Quality, Health & Safety and compliance activities across the site.
• Maintain and continually improve the site's quality and Health & Safety systems.
• Manage BRCGS requirements and coordinate preparation for annual certification audits.
• Manage and respond to customer quality requirements and customer audits.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring actions are identified and completed.
• Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, standards and customer requirements.
• Promote a positive Health & Safety culture across the factory and office environment.
• Ensure employees comply with Health & Safety legislation, policies and procedures.
• Work closely with Team Leaders and operational teams to maintain quality and safety standards day to day.
• Maintain accurate QHSE documentation, records and reporting.
• Support investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement activity.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues across Quality and Health & Safety matters.
